COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT EXECUTIVE

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Response to member’s interaction daily on Facebook in weekday (working hours) & weekend (specific negotiation) as conversation guideline
Categorize conversation of the members for monthly report purpose (will be trained)
Ensure 100% queries are replied appropriately
Work together with other teams to manage social engagement activity: guide for submission as T&C, collect valid winner list
Build up FAQ
Alert & consult solution to brands when negative issues or crisis may happen
Report weekly, monthly and a daily update
Study and understand clients’ products/ industries/ services, the target audience, insights
JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must Have

Patient, dedicated and passionate with social media management
Having good communication skills and problem-solving mindset
Basic English reading skill
Well organized
Full-time work

A PLUS if

Having experience working in community management
Having knowledge about social media channel
College/Bachelor Degree in Communications or Marketing
